PTF Engineered Floors provide a durable and stable decorative floor. They are not laminates, they are made from real timber and they radiate natural beauty that is expected from solid wood floors.

PTF Engineered Floors are non-allergenic, making the floor a Perfect Timber Floor for asthma and allergy sufferers.

PTF Engineered flooring is made up of a 3-layer construction. The Top layer is made of a hardwood surface, the middle layer is made from plantation hardwood and bottom layer of plywood.

The Top layer which is coated with ultra cured acrylic lacquer ensuring precision results and can be sanded back to enable you to enjoy your floors for years to come.

The top layer of hardwood ranges from 3mm to 3.6mm in thickness and the product in total is 14mm in thickness. The cross grain technology used in PTF flooring makes the product 70% more stable than traditional solid wood flooring. The technology minimises tension in wood, making it more resistant to shrinkage, gapping and warping.

PTF Engineered floors reduce installation time by more than two thirds compared to normal solid finished floors and are a more cost effective choice compared to traditional solid timber flooring, being pre coated this save you the inconvenience of sanding dust and chemical smells.

Engineered Floating Floors can be laid over existing floors or laid on a concrete slab. They are installed on an underlay base, which provides noise insulation and acts as a moisture membrane. There are several types of underlays available, which provide different levels of sound absorption and insulation.
