Installation Co-ordination
To ensure that our customers receive nothing but the highest quality of service with their purchase, our installation department contacts you to discuss your installation date.Once you have confirmed this, our Installation department will send you a confirmation letter outlining this and include a “What to Expect Information Sheet” for your information.
Once your installation is complete, our Installation department will send you a Customer Satisfaction Survey. This enables you, the customer to provide us with feedback on your experience with PTF.
